  • Kiss Self-Sabotage Goodbye!

Have you ever struggled to achieve a goal?

    OpposingForces1

You know, you got really excited about a project and then that inner voice said “You can’t do that. You are not capable”.

Before you know it your dream was squashed, before it even had a chance.

I am sure this is a familiar story to most of you. It is for me.

So what’s up with this inner voice that seems hell bend on sabotaging you and killing off your dreams?

This inner voice is your inner critic. We all have one. Without an inner critic we would all do stupid stuff all the time.

Kissing self-sabotage goodbye is not about killing off your inner critic. Far from it, it is about embracing your inner critic.

To do this it is helpful to change our language. Instead of calling this inner voice your inner critic, let’s call it your realist.

Your realist is concerned with all of the practical stuff that needs to get done to get your dreams off the ground.

It doesn’t mean to be a party pooper, though it often comes across that way.

Your realist wants to make sure you don’t get hurt, that’s all. So it points out what could go wrong and what needs attention.

Without your realist you would just be a dreamer but nothing would ever get done.

The key to letting go of self-sabotage is to work with your realist rather than working against it.

Discover the positive intent behind the concern that your realist raises.

Then help your realist to ask better questions, questions that will get a better hearing from you because it is easier to understand the concern.

So let’s look at an example. Let’s say you have a great idea to start a new business.  You can see yourself helping thousands of people while earning a decent living for yourself. Everyone wins, right? What could be wrong with that?

Your realist, however, objects “You can’t do that. You are not capable”.

    self-sabotage

    What’s up with that?

At first glance your realist appears totally unreasonable. The only intention of this objection appears to be to rain on your parade.

Don’t be so quick to judge your realist, however. Ask your realist, “What is the positive intent behind the objection?”

As you reflect on this you may discern that your realist is concerned about the work effort required to get your new business off the ground and how this may affect your relationship with your partner.

So ask your realist, what is the question you want answered? The answer may be “How will you balance the demands of this new venture with the need to spend quality time with your partner?”

Once you understand the real concern you can address it without giving up on your dream.

Your realist wants you to succeed in all areas of your life.

As you train your inner critic to communicate better your working relationship will greatly improve and self-sabotage will soon be a forgotten relic of your distant past.

  • Don’t bottle up your emotions – it’ll knock years off your life and raise cancer risk by 70 percent

    • Research shows consequences of bottling up emotions are even more serious than previously thought
    • Getting angry increased blood flow to the left frontal region of the brain, which is involved in experiencing positive emotions

Keeping a lid on your emotions has long been thought to be bad for mental and physical health.

Now it seems it could actually knock years off your life.

The latest research shows that those who bottle up their feelings are at least a third more likely to die young than people who regularly express what they are thinking.

A study in the US by experts at Harvard School of Public Health and the University of Rochester shows that the risk of premature death from all causes increases by about 35 per cent among those who fail to say how they feel.

But when the researchers looked at specific causes of death they discovered that the risks increased by 47 per cent for heart disease and 70 per cent for cancer.

The findings, published online in the Journal of Psychosomatic Research, suggest that the consequences of bottling up emotions are even more serious than previously thought.

Researchers studied 796 men and women, with an average age of 44, who signed up to a health survey in 1996.

Part of the survey involved questions designed to assess how much the participants suppressed their emotions.

This involved agreeing or disagreeing, on a scale of one to five, with statements such as ‘When I’m angry I let people know’ or ‘I try to be pleasant so that others won’t get upset’.

The survey was repeated 12 years later, during which time 111 subjects had died – mostly from heart disease or cancer.

When researchers analysed the emotion scores, they found that death rates were highest among those most likely to bottle up their anger rather than let people know what they were thinking.

It is not clear exactly how suppressed emotions cause premature death.

One theory is that people turn to alcohol, cigarettes or junk food to help them cope with their hidden feelings.

  • Suppressed Emotions & Heart Disease

Anyone who has ever felt the ache of a broken heart, or the anxious fluttering of butterflies before a promising job interview, knows that the physical heart and the emotions are intimately linked. In the late 1950s, cardiologists Meyer Friedman and Ray Rosenman began studying this connection after noticing that the armrests of the chairs in their waiting room were wearing down much quicker than the backs of the chairs, as one would expect. Soon they realized that many of their heart disease patients were often perched at the edge of their seat, impatiently picking at the upholstery as they waited for their appointments. This odd discovery lead them to coin the term “Type A Personality” to refer to these anxious and hurried patients and prompted decades of research exploring the mental-emotional component of heart disease. Hundreds of studies later, we now know that emotions such as anxiety, depression, anger, and hostility are all associated with diseases including atherosclerosis and heart attacks. In fact, depression poses as big a risk factor as smoking and high cholesterol when it comes to our heart health.

    Heart Health
The good news is that these emotions are not entirely out of our control, and other emotions and mental states such as gratitude, optimism, altruism, and forgiveness mitigate this cardiovascular risk. Rather than send you off with the vague and obnoxious instruction “Don’t worry, be happy,” here are some concrete, researched tips shown to decrease depression, anger, and hostility while increasing positive emotions, which may just be the prescription your heart needs.

    1. Count your blessings.

Gratitude is a powerful thing. Research shows that simply spending 20 minutes to write down three good things that happened to you in the last week decreases depression and increases well-being and optimism. This, in turn, lowers your risk for developing or worsening heart disease.2 Surprisingly, simply thinking about things you are thankful for is not enough. It is the actual act of writing these things down that provides the most benefit.

    2. Say thanks.

Along similar lines, writing a letter to someone who has made a difference in your life or done something kind for you increases sense of happiness and well-being that can last for up to 6 months.

    3. Phone a friend.

Science confirms what we’ve known all along, friendship is good for the heart! Social support is protective against cardiovascular events, while isolation and lack of a close confidant are associated with both depression and heart disease. It is not always the presence of friends and family in your life that matters most, but whether or not you reach out to these people for support, so don’t hesitate to identify people whom you can talk with openly and on a regular basis.

    4. Learn to forgive.

Whoever said “Holding onto anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die,” was right. It is not that anger itself is inherently bad, but when it is either suppressed or overly expressed it is associated with health problems such as heart attacks, hypertension, and sudden heart death.3 In the famous Framingham Heart Study, “not showing anger outwardly” was an independent risk factor for coronary artery disease.4 Another study actually showed that when people with heart disease thought about someone who had deeply hurt them the blood flow to their heart muscle decreased. These same people then underwent forgiveness training, in which they learned to reduce resentment and develop increased empathy for the person who caused them pain. After ten weeks of this training, the blood flow to their heart muscle was increased from previous levels when these patients thought about the person who wronged them, greatly lowering their risk for future heart disease.

    5. Practice random acts of kindness.

Doing something nice for someone else is the epitome of a win-win situation. Heart disease patients who were instructed to perform three kind acts in one day and write them down afterwards reported increased happiness, decreased anxiety and depression, and increased overall quality of life, which lasted long after the exercise was complete. These kind acts include anything from bringing someone flowers, to giving a genuine compliment, to volunteering for a good cause. Even if the acts are small, the key is to practice them regularly in order to benefit from the “clustering effect” that occurs when multiple kind acts are performed in a short time period.

    6. Stash the smart phone.

In our hyper-connected, digital world we are busier and more scattered than ever before. It is almost as if society is pushing us all to become the “Type A Personalities” Friedman and Rosenman warned us about. It’s easy to avoid feeling and dealing with difficult emotions when you have Facebook, Instagram, and a million things on your to-do list to distract you. Mindfulness, a term that refers to various practices of slowing down, stilling the mind, and turning the awareness inward, has been shown to have a seemingly infinite number of health benefits. One form of mindfulness practice, Transcendental Meditation (TM), has been shown in over 600 studies to have health benefits, including lowering blood pressure and cholesterol, reversing atherosclerosis, and decreasing risk for heart attacks. There are many ways to practice mindfulness, from TM to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MSBR) to exercises like yoga, tai chi, or qi gong. You can take a class in any of these practices, or simply turn off your phone, sit in a quiet room, close your eyes, and focus on your breath for 10 minutes each day.

    7. Treat chronic depression.

Depression can be debilitating and is not something to take lightly. There are many options for treating depression, including counseling, Hypnotherapy, medication, herbal and nutritional therapy, and lifestyle changes. Depression induces many physical changes in the body, including negative effects on our nervous and immune systems, our blood clotting abilities, and our heart. Don’t hesitate to contact a doctor if you are struggling with depression. Your heart will thank you!

  • Anger Can Significanly Increase Heart Attack Risk

Thousands of people die each day from heart problems. To stay out of this group, stay away from a bad habit today that endangers your heart.

The bad habit is losing your cool and getting extremely angry. A study at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston, shows that when you blow your top, you may also blow your chance at surviving the day. In the two hours after an anger outburst, your risk for a heart attack magnifies fivefold.

“There has been a lot of research on anger; we already know it can be unhealthy, but we wanted to quantify the risk, not just for heart attack, but for other potentially lethal cardiovascular events as well,” says researcher Elizabeth Mostofsky, an instructor at the Harvard School of Public Health. “The hope is this might help patients think about how they manage anger in their everyday lives and prompt physicians to discuss medications and psychosocial supports with their patients for whom anger is an issue, especially patients with known cardiovascular risk factors.”

The researchers analyzed nine studies of heart attacks and found “consistent evidence of a higher risk of cardiovascular events immediately following outbursts of anger.”

“It’s important to bear in mind that while these results show a significantly higher risk of a cardiovascular event associated with an angry outburst, the overall risk for people without other risk factors like smoking or high blood pressure is relatively small,” says researcher Murray Mittleman, a Harvard associate professor. “However, we should be concerned about the occurrence of angry outbursts with our higher risk patients and our patients who have frequent outbursts of anger.”

  • Hypnotherapy for Psoriasis Triggered by Stress

Could past trauma be causing your psoriasis hell?

A growing number of psoriasis sufferers are finding relief from their debilitating condition through emotional healing.

    Psoriasis Hypnotherapy

    What is Psoriasis?

Psoriasis is an auto-immune skin problem that can be caused by emotional issues, physical issues, or a mixture of both. Psoriasis causes dry, rough, and raised skin, with a red discoloring in the effected areas. Psoriasis can be painful in some cases, and can also be emotional painful in others where the skin problems are in more prominent features of the body such as the face or arms.

    What Causes Psoriasis?

A variety of factors — ranging from emotional stress and trauma to streptococcal infection — can cause an episode of psoriasis. Recent research indicates that some abnormality in the immune system is the key cause of psoriasis. As many as 80% of people having flare-ups report a recent emotional trauma, such as a new job or the death of a loved one. Most doctors believe such external stressors serve as triggers for an inherited defect in immune function.

    Emotional Causes of Psoriasis

For most of the clients we have worked with, the event which seems to trigger it of is a childhood trauma or a period of high stress. Things like :-

    • Divorce
    • Moving home
    • Changing schools
    • Bereavement
    • Bullying
    • Significant illness
    • Abuse
    • Birth of sibling

Of course this list is not exhaustive but it would cover the majority of the clients we have seen. These sort of events can create internal conflict, low-self-esteem, anger, frustration or low self-confidence within the client at a very young age. This type of self-conditioning can be powerful and become deep rooted.

Can Hypnotherapy Help with Psoriasis Treatment?

Hypnodermatology is an informal label for the use of hypnosis in treating the skin conditions that fall between conventional medical dermatology and the mental health disciplines.

The use of hypnosis to provide relief for some skin conditions is based on observations that the severity of the disease may correlate with emotional issues. In addition, hypnotherapy has been used to suggest improvement on dermatological symptoms, such as chronic psoriasis,[1] eczema,[2] ichtyosis, warts[3] and alopecia areata.[4]

Philip D. Shenefelt, a research dermatologist at the University of South Florida School of Medicine, has identified two dozen dermatologic conditions that have shown response to hypnosis in the literature.

These include successful results in controlled trials on verruca vulgaris, psoriasis, and atopic dermatitis.[5][6]

A 2005 review in the Mayo Clinic Proceedings stated that, “A review of the use of hypnosis in dermatology supports its value for many skin conditions not believed to be under conscious control”.[6]

The most comprehensively studied skin conditions in relation to hypnotherapy are psoriasis and warts.[3] Hypnosis may have positive effects on dermatological conditions in both adults and children.[7]

  • Pleasure & Pain Run Your Life

Whether you realize it or not, pleasure and pain influence all of your choices, which drives your behavior and that in turn determines your life experiences.

Hard-coded in our DNA is the drive to survive.  Our survival instinct is almost definitely the number one program running in our complex biological computer network often simply called our mind.

Our mind encompasses our brain, our nervous system and our DNA. It is a sophisticated biological computer network that has the power to learn and evolve. It is so powerful that it puts any other computer system to shame.

Despite all of its inherent power and awesomeness, the mind is not without its shortcomings.  Importantly it is not fool proof, far from it.  As a matter of fact, a mind left to its own devices is destined to run into trouble sooner or later. The question is when, not if.

What really stops all of us from going crazy is consciousness, our ability to be self-aware.

Without conscious guidance the mind would run off the rails constantly. It is after all just a computer system, though a very clever one.

The problem for many people is that they have become so identified with their mind that they have effectively become enslaved by it.

Don’t believe me? Check it out for yourself. Why not start by recounting all of the times you have reacted irrationally in the last week.

And before you start blaming it on hormonal imbalances, guess what, hormones are part of your mind’s messaging system.

Our survival instinct is not the problem. Neither is our desire to avoid pain and seek pleasure, which stems from our survival instinct.

The problem is  that we have forgotten our true identity as spiritual (conscious) beings and identified with our mind instead. This in turn makes it difficult to correct our mind’s flaws. Instead we fall victim to suppressed emotions, flawed beliefs and other gremlins lurking in the dark corners of our unconscious (invisible) mind.

The solution?  Start separating from your mind and realize that our are not part of the computer program. You are the programmer and it is up to you to fix any programming errors that arise. To do that properly you need to find the courage to explore the vast unconscious (invisible) parts of your mind. It may be scary at first but it is the path to true power and freedom.

  • Fascinating Study Explores How Emotions Are Mapped On The Human Body

Emotions coordinate our behavior and physiological states during survival-salient events and pleasurable interactions. Even though we are often consciously aware of our current emotional state, such as anger or happiness, the mechanisms giving rise to these subjective sensations have remained unresolved. Brilliant research by Finnish scientists has mapped the areas of our body that are experiencing an increase or decrease in sensory activity when we experience a particular emotion.

Depending on whether we are happy, sad or angry, we have physiological sensations that are located in different areas of the body. We overlook this reality from one day to the next (the famous “lump in the breast” generated by anxiety, the feeling of warmth that pervades our face and our cheeks particularly when we feel the shame…), and do not consciously realize how much the location of these body areas activated by our emotions and how they vary considerably depending on the nature of the emotion.

Researchers around the world are slowly integrating research on how our energetic and emotional states cause health and/or disease. How we connect emotionally to our overall wellness and wellbeing may indeed be more relevant than any supplement, food, exercise, medical intervention or health treatment.

Finnish scientists have for the first time mapped areas of the body activated according to each emotion (happiness, sadness, anger, etc). This map was compiled following a study of 700 Finnish, Swedish and Taiwanese volunteers.

They used a topographical self-report tool to reveal that different emotional states are associated with topographically distinct and culturally universal bodily sensations; these sensations could underlie conscious emotional experiences. Monitoring the topography of emotion-triggered bodily sensations brings forth a unique tool for emotion research and could even provide a biomarker for emotional disorders.

Participants were first asked to watch video sequences associated with different emotions and identify parts of their body where they felt an increase or decrease of bodily sensations. Emotions are often felt in the body, and somatosensory feedback has been proposed to trigger conscious emotional experiences. The resulting map shows that each type of emotion activates a network of specific areas of the body, distinct from those activated by other types of emotions.

Every type of emotion carries a specific unique energy and a different vibrational frequency. All organs, tissues, membranes, glands, cells, vibrate in precise frequencies in the human body and they are all influenced by our emotions.

Different emotions were consistently associated with statistically separable bodily sensation maps across experiments. These maps were concordant across West European and East Asian samples. Statistical classifiers distinguished emotion-specific activation maps accurately, confirming independence of topographies across emotions.

The body map shows emotions such as anger are mainly active in the chest, the lower part of the face and arms, with particular intensity on the hands. On disgust, it activates the body areas which are mainly concentrated around the mouth and throat. As for love, three areas are concerned, the face, chest and lower abdomen. Finally, happiness is probably the most significant emotion that solicits our enitre body to respond, as the study shows that it generates bodily sensations in all areas, especially on the face and chest.

The body map identifies areas in which the people experienced increased sensory activity when emotion is felt, but also lists the areas that are home to a decrease in sensory activity. Thus, we learn that the emotions associated with depression have the effect of generating a feeling of decline in sensory activity in the arms and legs.

The results obtained by the research show a remarkable consistency in results, suggesting that the mechanisms underlying bodily sensations that we perceive when we experience a particular emotion are likely dictated by energetic patterns and biology rather than culture.

The researchers proposed that emotions represented in the somatosensory system are culturally universal categorical somatotopic maps. Perception of these emotion-triggered bodily changes may play a key role in generating consciously felt emotions.

This work was published December 31, 2013 in the journal Proceedings of The National Academy of Sciences under the title “Bodily maps of emotions” .

  • Transform Your Life Let Go of Negative Emotions

    What are Negative Emotions

A negative emotion is any emotion that feels bad. Examples are anger, sadness, fear, guilt, hurt, rage, humiliation, etc.

Please understand that negative emotions are not bad emotions. Every emotion is valid and has a time and a place where it is appropriate and useful.

Hanging on to negative emotions from the past, however, is never useful.

Most people have not learned the skill to process their negative emotions properly so they end up with large amounts of emotional baggage. The amount of their emotional baggage tends to increase with age and is a major contributor to the ageing process.

When we are faced with large volumes of unpleasant emotions our nervous system can become overwhelmed and shuts down as a safety measure. This protects us from having a heart attack, a nervous breakdown or some other debilitating experience. Unfortunately this tends to result in emotional pain being stored in our nervous system.

This stored emotional pain gets triggered periodically, often at the most inconvenient times. The reason this suppressed pain resurfaces in our consciousness is because it needs to be healed. Unfortunately our soul’s urge to heal is often ignored and we bury the stored pain even deeper in our unconscious.

Out of sight, out of (conscious) mind. Most people mistakenly believe that they can safely ignore these suppressed emotions. Little do they realize just what a high price they pay on a daily basis by avoiding the processing of these suppressed emotions.

Most of our choices are habitual, or unconscious. Another way to say this is that you aren’t even aware of most of the choices you make. Our unconscious mind is our powerful autopilot and it is responsible for executing habitual behavior.

All of our choices, whether conscious or unconscious are driven by the desire to avoid pain and attract pleasure. – Klaus Ruhl

    Suppressed emotions and self sabotage

By storing unresolved, inappropriate pain associations in our unconscious we are sowing the seed of powerful and lasting self sabotage. The further we drive this unresolved pain into our unconscious the harder it becomes to resolve in the future.

For example, your relationship turns sour and ends up in a less than pleasant breakup. Some of the associated emotional pain is suppressed and is pushed into your subconscious.

You may not be aware of it, or at best you are partially aware, but from this point forward you have an emotional resistance to getting into another relationship. Your unconscious is simply trying to protect you from experiencing another painful breakup in the future.

Unfortunately this protective mechanism now shows up as self sabotaging behavior whenever you explore a new relationship.

While the suppressed emotions are helping to protect you from having another painful relationship breakup they are also taking away the potential for having an amazing, loving and fulfilling relationship in the future. A very high price to pay!

So what’s a girl or guy to do?

To resolve this issue the stored emotional pain or emotional charge needs to be released. This is traditionally achieved through meditative techniques. Unfortunately, meditation, while effective, can be rather slow, especially for beginners.

Fortunately we now have access to some amazing therapies that can disarm these suppressed emotional time bombs quickly, easily and rather pleasantly.

One of the best techniques in this area is Timeline Therapy, which is essentially an advanced hypnotherapy technique. Timeline Therapy leverages the enormous power of your unconscious mind to resolve the backlog of unresolved emotional pain stored in your nervous system. This removes the inappropriate pain associations stored in your nervous system. As a result the self sabotaging behavior stops and you are free to pursue the love of your life.

Oh, and the best part is your mind actually extracts powerful new insights as it processes the backlog of emotional pain. This preserves the protective aspect that caused the emotional pain to be retained in the first place. So now you have access to powerful lessons from the past without the debilitation trauma in your nervous system and zero self sabotage. Life is good! Life is transformed!

  • Hypnotherapy Can Change Genetic Coding

The new field of epigenetics shows that people enter the world with a particular genetic code, but genes are activated or not due to environmental influences. Epigenetic changes can be transmitted from one generation to another, which is rather faster than the evolutionary changes resulting from natural selection. Epigenetics turns on its head the conventional wisdom of genetic determinism, the belief that genes predetermine biological and behavioral traits.

An example is that the brain plasticity of fruit flies is related to the size of the social group in which the fly lives: nothing does more for brain plasticity than the presence of others of the same species. Nature found that communications between genes and brains were so useful that epigenetics applies to species from flies to humans. Epigenetics has profound implications for the understanding of psychosocial genomics of human behavior: relationships within families and other groups.

Diet is one of the most easily studied environmental factors which produces epigenetic change. Nutrients in food enter metabolic pathways and are into transformed into molecules which can be employed by the body. One such pathway creates methyl groups, which are important epigenetic “markers” that silence genes. B vitamins, folic acid, and SAM-e (S-Adenosyl methionine, a popular supplement available over the counter) are key elements of methyl creation. Diets rich in these nutrients can quickly change gene expression.

Dr. Bruce Lipton is the leading figure in epigenetics, which he described in his book, The Biology of Beliefs. He demonstrated that perceptions transmit signals to the brain which determine the biology of our bodies. While genes control our biology, they are controlled by external signals. Changing beliefs or perceptions sends completely different messages to our cells.

Dr. Lipton’s work dictates that if healing is to be successful, it must have a spiritual content. It is estimated that 70 percent of people’s thoughts are negative or redundant and 95 percent of life activity stems from the subconscious. Changing thought patterns will improve gene responses.

Less than two percent of the human genome accounts for heredity. Until quite recently, the remaining 98 percent was believed to be “junk” DNA, but it is now known to consist of DNA sequences called introns, which control traits, including disease processes. They are, in effect, switches which activate or silence particular genes. Plotsky et al found changes to receptors in mice which were separated from their mother for four hours a day.

Hypnotherapy has shown how the subconscious exercises influence over molecules. Hypnosis could be the primary force which acts upon behavioral epigenetics. Positive epigenetic results can be achieved by asking the subconscious mind what oppresses it and changing perceptions of our environments. Hypnotherapy is obviously useful here, because it gives access to the subconscious. Removing stress is key to successful epigenetics, and hypnotherapy is a proven tool in this respect, along with neuro-linguistic programming. If stress is not deleted, epigenetics says it can be passed to subsequent generations. This was proven by psychologist Rachel Yehuda of New York’s Mount Sinai School of Medicine, who studied women who were pregnant and present inside or near the World Trade Center at the time of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.

  • Scientists Prove DNA Can Be Reprogrammed by Words and Frequencies

THE HUMAN DNA IS A BIOLOGICAL INTERNET and superior in many aspects to the artificial one. Russian scientific research directly or indirectly explains phenomena such as clairvoyance, intuition, spontaneous and remote acts of healing, self healing, affirmation techniques, unusual light/auras around people (namely spiritual masters), mind’s influence on weather patterns and much more. In addition, there is evidence for a whole new type of medicine in which DNA can be influenced and reprogrammed by words and frequencies WITHOUT cutting out and replacing single genes.

Only 10% of our DNA is being used for building proteins. It is this subset of DNA that is of interest to western researchers and is being examined and categorized. The other 90% are considered “junk DNA.” The Russian researchers, however, convinced that nature was not dumb, joined linguists and geneticists in a venture to explore those 90% of “junk DNA.” Their results, findings and conclusions are simply revolutionary! According to them, our DNA is not only responsible for the construction of our body but also serves as data storage and in communication. The Russian linguists found that the genetic code, especially in the apparently useless 90%, follows the same rules as all our human languages. To this end they compared the rules of syntax (the way in which words are put together to form phrases and sentences), semantics (the study of meaning in language forms) and the basic rules of grammar. They found that the alkalines of our DNA follow a regular grammar and do have set rules just like our languages. So human languages did not appear coincidentally but are a reflection of our inherent DNA.

The Russian biophysicist and molecular biologist Pjotr Garjajev and his colleagues also explored the vibrational behavior of the DNA. [For the sake of brevity I will give only a summary here.] The bottom line was: “Living chromosomes function just like solitonic/holographic computers using the endogenous DNA laser radiation.” This means that they managed for example to modulate certain frequency patterns onto a laser ray and with it influenced the DNA frequency and thus the genetic information itself. Since the basic structure of DNA-alkaline pairs and of language (as explained earlier) are of the same structure, no DNA decoding is necessary.

One can simply use words and sentences of the human language! This, too, was experimentally proven! Living DNA substance (in living tissue, not in vitro) will always react to language-modulated laser rays and even to radio waves, if the proper frequencies are being used.

This finally and scientifically explains why affirmations, autogenous training, hypnosis and the like can have such strong effects on humans and their bodies. It is entirely normal and natural for our DNA to react to language. While western researchers cut single genes from the DNA strands and insert them elsewhere, the Russians enthusiastically worked on devices that can influence the cellular metabolism through suitable modulated radio and light frequencies and thus repair genetic defects.

Garjajev’s research group succeeded in proving that with this method chromosomes damaged by x-rays for example can be repaired. They even captured information patterns of a particular DNA and transmitted it onto another, thus reprogramming cells to another genome. ?So they successfully transformed, for example, frog embryos to salamander embryos simply by transmitting the DNA information patterns! This way the entire information was transmitted without any of the side effects or disharmonies encountered when cutting out and re-introducing single genes from the DNA. This represents an unbelievable, world-transforming revolution and sensation! All this by simply applying vibration and language instead of the archaic cutting-out procedure! This experiment points to the immense power of wave genetics, which obviously has a greater influence on the formation of organisms than the biochemical processes of alkaline sequences.

Esoteric and spiritual teachers have known for ages that our body is programmable by language, words and thought. This has now been scientifically proven and explained. Of course the frequency has to be correct. And this is why not everybody is equally successful or can do it with always the same strength. The individual person must work on the inner processes and maturity in order to establish a conscious communication with the DNA. The Russian researchers work on a method that is not dependent on these factors but will ALWAYS work, provided one uses the correct frequency.

But the higher developed an individual’s consciousness is, the less need is there for any type of device! One can achieve these results by oneself, and science will finally stop to laugh at such ideas and will confirm and explain the results. And it doesn’t end there. The Russian scientists also found out that our DNA can cause disturbing patterns in the vacuum, thus producing magnetized wormholes! Wormholes are the microscopic equivalents of the so-called Einstein-Rosen bridges in the vicinity of black holes (left by burned-out stars).? These are tunnel connections between entirely different areas in the universe through which information can be transmitted outside of space and time. The DNA attracts these bits of information and passes them on to our consciousness. This process of hyper communication is most effective in a state of relaxation. Stress, worries or a hyperactive intellect prevent successful hyper communication or the information will be totally distorted and useless.

In nature, hyper communication has been successfully applied for millions of years. The organized flow of life in insect states proves this dramatically. Modern man knows it only on a much more subtle level as “intuition.” But we, too, can regain full use of it. An example from Nature: When a queen ant is spatially separated from her colony, building still continues fervently and according to plan. If the queen is killed, however, all work in the colony stops. No ant knows what to do. Apparently the queen sends the “building plans” also from far away via the group consciousness of her subjects. She can be as far away as she wants, as long as she is alive. In man hyper communication is most often encountered when one suddenly gains access to information that is outside one’s knowledge base. Such hyper communication is then experienced as inspiration or intuition. The Italian composer Giuseppe Tartini for instance dreamt one night that a devil sat at his bedside playing the violin. The next morning Tartini was able to note down the piece exactly from memory, he called it the Devil’s Trill Sonata.

For years, a 42-year old male nurse dreamt of a situation in which he was hooked up to a kind of knowledge CD-ROM. Verifiable knowledge from all imaginable fields was then transmitted to him that he was able to recall in the morning. There was such a flood of information that it seemed a whole encyclopedia was transmitted at night. The majority of facts were outside his personal knowledge base and reached technical details about which he knew absolutely nothing.

When hyper communication occurs, one can observe in the DNA as well as in the human being special phenomena. The Russian scientists irradiated DNA samples with laser light. On screen a typical wave pattern was formed. When they removed the DNA sample, the wave pattern did not disappear, it remained. Many control experiments showed that the pattern still came from the removed sample, whose energy field apparently remained by itself. This effect is now called phantom DNA effect. It is surmised that energy from outside of space and time still flows through the activated wormholes after the DNA was removed. The side effect encountered most often in hyper communication also in human beings are inexplicable electromagnetic fields in the vicinity of the persons concerned. Electronic devices like CD players and the like can be irritated and cease to function for hours. When the electromagnetic field slowly dissipates, the devices function normally again. Many healers and psychics know this effect from their work. The better the atmosphere and the energy, the more frustrating it is that the recording device stops functioning and recording exactly at that moment. And repeated switching on and off after the session does not restore function yet, but next morning all is back to normal. Perhaps this is reassuring to read for many, as it has nothing to do with them being technically inept, it means they are good at hyper communication.

In their book “Vernetzte Intelligenz” (Networked Intelligence), Grazyna Gosar and Franz Bludorf explain these connections precisely and clearly. The authors also quote sources presuming that in earlier times humanity had been, just like the animals, very strongly connected to the group consciousness and acted as a group. To develop and experience individuality we humans however had to forget hyper communication almost completely. Now that we are fairly stable in our individual consciousness, we can create a new form of group consciousness, namely one, in which we attain access to all information via our DNA without being forced or remotely controlled about what to do with that information. We now know that just as on the internet our DNA can feed its proper data into the network, can call up data from the network and can establish contact with other participants in the network. Remote healing, telepathy or “remote sensing” about the state of relatives etc.. can thus be explained. Some animals know also from afar when their owners plan to return home. That can be freshly interpreted and explained via the concepts of group consciousness and hyper communication. Any collective consciousness cannot be sensibly used over any period of time without a distinctive individuality. Otherwise we would revert to a primitive herd instinct that is easily manipulated.

Hyper communication in the new millennium means something quite different: Researchers think that if humans with full individuality would regain group consciousness, they would have a god-like power to create, alter and shape things on Earth! AND humanity is collectively moving toward such a group consciousness of the new kind. Fifty percent of today’s children will be problem children as soon as the go to school. The system lumps everyone together and demands adjustment. But the individuality of today’s children is so strong that that they refuse this adjustment and giving up their idiosyncrasies in the most diverse ways.

At the same time more and more clairvoyant children are born [see the book “China’s Indigo Children” by Paul Dong. Something in those children is striving more and more towards the group consciousness of the new kind, and it will no longer be suppressed. As a rule, weather for example is rather difficult to influence by a single individual. But it may be influenced by a group consciousness (nothing new to some tribes doing it in their rain dances). Weather is strongly influenced by Earth resonance frequencies, the so-called Schumann frequencies. But those same frequencies are also produced in our brains, and when many people synchronize their thinking or individuals (spiritual masters, for instance) focus their thoughts in a laser-like fashion, then it is scientifically speaking not at all surprising if they can thus influence weather.

Researchers in group consciousness have formulated the theory of Type I civilizations. A humanity that developed a group consciousness of the new kind would have neither environmental problems nor scarcity of energy. For if it were to use its mental power as a unified civilization, it would have control of the energies of its home planet as a natural consequence. And that includes all natural catastrophes!!! A theoretical Type II civilization would even be able to control all energies of their home galaxy. An ordered group consciousness creates order in its whole surroundings!

When a great number of people get together very closely, potentials of violence also dissolve. It looks as if here, too, a kind of humanitarian consciousness of all humanity is created.(The Global Consciousness Project)

To come back to the DNA: It apparently is also an organic superconductor that can work at normal body temperature. Artificial superconductors require extremely low temperatures of between 200 and 140°C to function. As one recently learned, all superconductors are able to store light and thus information. This is a further explanation of how the DNA can store information. There is another phenomenon linked to DNA and wormholes. Normally, these supersmall wormholes are highly unstable and are maintained only for the tiniest fractions of a second. Under certain conditions stable wormholes can organize themselves which then form distinctive vacuum domains in which for example gravity can transform into electricity.

Vacuum domains are self-radiant balls of ionized gas that contain considerable amounts of energy. There are regions in Russia where such radiant balls appear very often. Following the ensuing confusion the Russians started massive research programs leading finally to some of the discoveries mentions above. Many people know vacuum domains as shiny balls in the sky. The attentive look at them in wonder and ask themselves, what they could be. I thought once: “Hello up there. If you happen to be a UFO, fly in a triangle.” And suddenly, the light balls moved in a triangle. Or they shot across the sky like ice hockey pucks. They accelerated from zero to crazy speeds while sliding gently across the sky. One is left gawking and I have, as many others, too, thought them to be UFOs. Friendly ones, apparently, as they flew in triangles just to please me. Now the Russians found in the regions, where vacuum domains appear often that sometimes fly as balls of light from the ground upwards into the sky, that these balls can be guided by thought. One has found out since that vacuum domains emit waves of low frequency as they are also produced in our brains.

And because of this similarity of waves they are able to react to our thoughts. To run excitedly into one that is on ground level might not be such a great idea, because those balls of light can contain immense energies and are able to mutate our genes. They can, they don’t necessarily have to, one has to say. For many spiritual teachers also produce such visible balls or columns of light in deep meditation or during energy work which trigger decidedly pleasant feelings and do not cause any harm. Apparently this is also dependent on some inner order and on the quality and provenance of the vacuum domain. There are some spiritual teachers (the young Englishman Ananda, for example) with whom nothing is seen at first, but when one tries to take a photograph while they sit and speak or meditate in hyper communication, one gets only a picture of a white cloud on a chair. In some Earth healing projects such light effects also appear on photographs. Simply put, these phenomena have to do with gravity and anti-gravity forces that are also exactly described in the book and with ever more stable wormholes and hyper communication and thus with energies from outside our time and space structure.

Earlier generations that got in contact with such hyper communication experiences and visible vacuum domains were convinced that an angel had appeared before them. And we cannot be too sure to what forms of consciousness we can get access when using hyper communication. Not having scientific proof for their actual existence (people having had such experiences do NOT all suffer from hallucinations) does not mean that there is no metaphysical background to it. We have simply made another giant step towards understanding our reality.

Official science also knows of gravity anomalies on Earth (that contribute to the formation of vacuum domains), but only of ones of below one percent. But recently gravity anomalies have been found of between three and four percent. One of these places is Rocca di Papa, south of Rome (exact location in the book “Vernetzte Intelligenz” plus several others). Round objects of all kinds, from balls to full buses, roll uphill. But the stretch in Rocca di Papa is rather short, and defying logic sceptics still flee to the theory of optical illusion (which it cannot be due to several features of the location).
